Ordering FAQ's:

Q. Can I order wheels without tyres?
A. Yes, although you may be hard pushed to beat our package price on wheels and tyres, of course we can supply wheels only.

Q. Can I order a single wheel?
A. In most cases you can order a single replacement wheel, please call with your specific requirement.

Q. How long do wheels take to arrive?
A. Delivery depends very much on what you order and whether that item is in stock. Stock items can be delivered between next day delivery and 4 days. Out of stock items can take two/three weeks for delivery. You will be advised an approximate delivery date when we recive your order or if ordering by phone at the time of order to the best of our knowledge. You can also call at any point during your order to check its status.

Q. Do your prices include Delivery?
A. No, the package prices on this website generally do not include delivery unless otherwise stated or shown in a special offer! Delivery price vary depending on your purchase, wheel and tyre packages are typically £25.00 depending on weight. To find out your delivery price go through the initial part of our stores checkout where you enter your country, you will then be quoted delivery.

Q. Do your packages include new nuts/bolts?
A. Yes we supply everything you need to fit the wheels to your car. However there are certain purchases that will not include nuts/bolts as the wheels will be supplied for use with your original bolts.

Q. Do your packages include locking nuts/bolts?
A. No, locking nuts/bolts are an additional product available from us, unless otherwise stated or part of a special offer.

Q. Can I buy online?
A. Yes! Use our online store to order and pay for your products, however to ensure that you are recieving the correct items, every order is manually checked and verified, we may need to contact you.

Q. What information do I need to order wheels?
A. In most cases just the vehicle make, model and year of manufacture, however some additional information may be requested.

Q. Do you sell second hand wheels?
A. No, sorry brand new high quality only.

Delivery FAQ's

Delivery Courier:

Wheels and/or tyres are usually delivered 1-4 working days from order via courier subject to stock availability.

Smaller items such as accessories are sent via UK postal service on a 1st or 2nd class service depending on the product.

Delivery is made is by Interlink Express on a next day before 3pm service. Interlink offer an online tracking service which can be found here. You will need your consignment number which is only available after 4pm on the day of dispatch from our depot. If you order online we will supply your consignment number with your dispatch email.

Delivery Damages:

When receiving deliveries please ensure to check every individual item before signing in good condition as it may affect your right to return damaged items. Please see our terms and conditions for further information.

Q. What time will my items arrive on the day of delivery?
A. Interlink Express do not offer a specific time for the service except that it will be delivered before 3pm. If you are expecting problems in being at the delivery address, contact your local Interlink depot which can be found here.

Q. What if I miss my delivery?
A. Interlink automatically redeliver the following day. Items may be collectable from your local interlink depot.

Q. Can I have my items delivered to an address other than my home address?
A. Unfortunatley due to credit card fraud restructions we are unable to send anywhere other than the credit card holders address.

Q. Can I have my items delivered on a Saturday?
A. Yes this service is available from Interlink at a charge of £25.00 additional to standard delivery charges.

Q. Do you send abroad?
A. Yes we ship to most euorpean countries provided that the crdit card is registered to the address. However you may be required to pay by bank transfer for larger orders. Overseas Orders (Exluding Ireland) can only be placed via telephone.

Q. How much is delivery to offshore islands/ Europe?
A. Delivery to any of these areas is priced individually and will require you to contact us for a quotation.

Q. Am I eldigable for mainland UK delivery prices?
A. If you live on an island connected to the mainland by road, you will only pay mainland prices, if a ferry crossing or flight is required delivery will be more expensive. It is best to contact us if you are unsure.

Q. Can I lift the delivery parcels on my own?
A. Most items will be below the 30kg limit and so safe to lift on your own, however we would always recommend for two or more people to lift each item.

Q. Can I check my items before signing for them?
A. Yes! The items you are receiving from the delivery company are your property, it is your responsability to ensure that the items have been transported without damage. You are signing to say that these items have been checked and they are in good condition, it is unreasonable for you not to be able to do this!

Q. What if my items are damaged when I check them?
A. Refuse the items. If the items are damaged, you should refuse acceptance of the delivery and contact us immediatley where we will arrange replacements for you. Do not sign the drivers manifest.

Q. What if some of my items are missing?
A. In the unlikely event that not all of your goods arrive together, it is ok to sign for the items you recieve, however only sign for the items you have received and if you have checked their condition. For example: If 2 items out of 4 arrive, it is ok to sign and accept the items provioded that you only sign for 2 items not 4. It is most likely that the remaining items will arrive on the following day.

Finance FAQ's

Q. Can I have finance?
A. If you are: Aged 18 or over, in full time (i.e. 16 hours, or more, per week) employment or their partner is or self-employed or retired and over 50 years of age or in receipt of an invalidity or disability allowance. You have been a UK resident for at least 3 years. You have no CCJ's to your name or address.

Q. Is it hard to be accepted for finance?
A. In most cases it is fine, however if you have experienced problems in obtaining finance in the last year you may not be accepted.

Q. Can I have 0% Finance?
A. Yes depending on what products you buy, Borbet, CW & Ronal wheels are all available with a minimum 6 Months Buy Now Pay Later plan which is 0% provided it is paid within the 6 months. Q. Is there a minimum spend to be able to get finance?
A. Yes, any finance package requires a minimum spend of £300.00 .

Q. How long does the process take and when can I expect delivery?
A. The application itself takes a few minutes, once approved you will recieve the forms in the post, once you have sent them back to us we send them on to the finance company who then register the forms recieved. At this point we can dispatch the wheels.

Q. What is required and how do I apply?
A. The only requirment is information, no deposit is required. You may be asked about your address and personal details also employment details. You can apply over the phone by calling our sales line: 0870 766 26 86.
