Wheel & Tyre Packages are supplied with everything you need to fit wheels to your car like changing to the spare. Wheels and tyres are inflated and digitally balanced. New fitting bolts/nuts will be supplied unless wheels are manufactured for use with OE fittings.

Q. Can I order wheels without tyres? A. Yes, simply do not add a tyre in the wheel detail view page.
Q. Can I order a single wheel? A. Yes, change the quantity to 1. If you need a tyre select which tyre and add to cart. If you are ordering a replacement wheel. We may need to know your existing offset of the wheels on the car. If you order with a tyre, we need to know which side of the car the wheel is for so that we can fit the tyre correctly. You can leave this information in the comments section of the website or we will contact you.
Q. How long do wheels take to arrive? A. Delivery depends very much on which wheel you order. Our best advice is to check the wheel manufacturer lead time in the wheel detail page. Although the lead times are typically correct there may be a chance you will get your wheels earlier or later. You can check the status of your order at any time online, where will endevour to post the most accurate estimated delivery date.
Out of stock items may take longer to obtain. We will not charge you until we can supply you wheels within a reasonable time based on the lead time. If items are going to be an extended period we will advise you, we can then offer alternatives or cancel your order.
Q. Do your prices include Delivery? A. No, the package prices on this website generally do not include delivery unless otherwise stated or shown in a special offer! Delivery price vary depending on your purchase, use the 'Delivery Price' tab to estimate the shipping cost.
Q. Do your packages include new nuts/bolts? A. Yes we supply everything you need to fit the wheels to your car. However there are certain purchases that will not include nuts/bolts as the wheels will be supplied for use with your original bolts.
Q. Do your packages include locking nuts/bolts? A. No, locking nuts/bolts are an additional product available from us, unless otherwise stated or part of a special offer.
Q. Can I buy online? A. Yes! Use our online store to order and pay for your products, however to ensure that you are recieving the correct items, every order is manually checked and verified, we may need to contact you.
Q. What information do I need to order wheels? A. In most cases just select the vehicle from the 'Find Alloy Wheels' Search on every page. If your vehicle is not listed or you are unsure. Please call us on 0870 766 26 86.
Q. Do you sell second hand wheels? A. No, sorry brand new high quality only.

Q. Which courier do you use? A. We use several couriers, mainly Interlink Express, but we also use DHL, DPD and others. Check your order status online for details.
Returns in Short... If your wheels do not fit, or are unsuitable we will replace or refund you. We guarantee the fitment of our wheels unless otherwise informed and agreed.
If you order wheels and tyres and want to return them, we are unable to refund or exchange your products.
If you order wheels only and want to return them, we are able to replace or refund them subject to a restocking fee. Please contact us.

Delivery Damages:
When receiving deliveries please ensure to check every individual item before signing in good condition as it may affect your right to return damaged items. Please see our terms and conditions for further information.
Q. What time will my items arrive on the day of delivery? A. Interlink Express do not offer a specific time for the service except that it will be delivered before 3pm. If you are expecting problems in being at the delivery address, contact your local Interlink depot which can be found here.
Q. What if I miss my delivery? A. Interlink automatically redeliver the following day. Items may be collectable from your local interlink depot.
Q. Can I have my items delivered to an address other than my home address? A. Unfortunatley due to credit card fraud restructions we are unable to send anywhere other than the credit card holders address.
Q. Can I have my items delivered on a Saturday? A. Yes this service is available from Interlink at an additional on top of standard delivery charges, please call us to arrange this.
Q. Do you send abroad? A. Yes we ship to most euorpean countries provided that the crdit card is registered to the address. However you may be required to pay by bank transfer for larger orders. Overseas Orders (Exluding Ireland) can only be placed via telephone.
Q. How much is delivery to offshore islands/ Europe? A. Delivery to any of these areas can be calculated in the 'Delivery Price' Tab.
Q. Am I eldigable for mainland UK delivery prices? A. If you live on an island connected to the mainland by road, you will only pay mainland prices, if a ferry crossing or flight is required delivery will be more expensive. It is best to contact us if you are unsure.
Q. Can I lift the delivery parcels on my own? A. Most items will be below the 30kg limit and so safe to lift on your own, however we would always recommend for two or more people to lift each item.
Q. Can I check my items before signing for them? A. Yes! The items you are receiving from the delivery company are your property, it is your responsability to ensure that the items have been transported without damage. You are signing to say that these items have been checked and they are in good condition, it is unreasonable for you not to be able to do this!
Q. What if my items are damaged when I check them? A. Refuse the items. If the items are damaged, you should refuse acceptance of the delivery and contact us immediatley where we will arrange replacements for you. Do not sign the drivers manifest.
Q. What if some of my items are missing? A. In the unlikely event that not all of your goods arrive together, it is ok to sign for the items you recieve, however only sign for the items you have received and if you have checked their condition. For example: If 2 items out of 4 arrive, it is ok to sign and accept the items provioded that you only sign for 2 items not 4. It is most likely that the remaining items will arrive on the following day. If you are missing some items from inside the box, contact us.
